How do I pass the CCMA exam and is it easy?
After completing our program you'll be ready to take the CCMA exam. In fact, students who take our Online Medical Assistant Program have a pass rate of 94% vs. the National Average of 79%. While the CCMA exam isn’t easy, with the proper program you will feel ready to take, and pass, the exam.

How long it will take to become a medical assistant is dependent on the program. At U.S. Career Institute, our students are able to complete our self-paced program in 4-6 months.

Pricing for programs can vary. U.S. Career Institute's online program costs $1,239-$1,539 depending on the payment plan you choose.
Do you offer financial aid, scholarships, or grants?
No, since our programs are designed with affordability in mind we are unable to offer financial aid or scholarships.
What is your refund policy?
If the student cancels within five (5) calendar days of enrollment, the student may cancel the enrollment and is entitled to a full refund of all monies paid. Our full refund policy can be found in the USCI Certificate Course Catalog.
Is it a subscription service?
No. USCI is a pay-by-program school, medianing that each program has its own set price.
