A. Typically a High School diploma or equivalent is required, formal training through an accredited institution can also be helpful. A career in this field may require you to meet certain licensing, training, and other requirements that can vary by vocation and state. You should check with your state, local government and/or licensing board to find out which requirements may be applicable in your state. Graduates of USCI’s Child Day Care Program may begin pursuing the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential after their course.

A. Child Day Care Specialists provide a safe and nurturing environment for children of all ages but typically younger children. The role requires organizing daily activities, and educational experiences to help with child’s development as well as overall care including emotional and physical well-being of the children placed under their guidance.

A. Upon graduation from our program, you will receive your U.S. Career Institute Certificate of Completion attesting to your accomplishment.
