Exact prize is identified in the Giveaway advertisement. These drawings are subject to these “Official Rules”. Entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules, as well as the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding.
  2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to enter into the drawing. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning a prize.
  3. ELIGIBILITY. Promotion is open only to individuals who are in attendance at the 2025 AONL Conference held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston, MA, March 29-April 1, 2025, and who are both: (a) 18 years of age or older (or 19 years or older for residents of Alabama or Nebraska) at the time of entry, and (b) a U.S. resident at the time of entry. Any individual who does not meet all eligibility requirements will NOT be eligible to enter or win. Additional purchase or enrollment is not necessary for entry and will not increase the odds of winning. Employees of the Sponsor, Event Organizer, Hotel/Location of the Event, or any third-party contact of any of the above and their immediate family (parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, including all direct, step and half relationships) are NOT eligible to enter or win. Employees of U.S. Career Institute or Weston Distance Learning (WDL), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the drawing. The officers, directors, shareholders, advisors, accountants, attorneys, agents, licensees or representatives of the Sponsor are NOT eligible to enter, or win. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, THIS PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, AND ALL PERSONS RESIDING IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE ANY PROMOTION IS PROHIBITED, SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER, OR WIN ANY PRIZES, IN ANY PROMOTION.
  4. ODDS OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
  5. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
  6. HOW TO ENTER. To enter, eligible participants must submit their entry in-person at the U.S. Career Institute booth by filling out an entry form, or by sharing their business card. Only entries following these guidelines and submitted by 1:30pm EST on April 1, 2025, will be considered.
  7. PRIZES. The prize for this Giveaway is one free Medical Assistant Certificate course, valued at $1739. One prize will be awarded at random from the eligible entries.
  8. REQUIREMENTS FOR RECIPIENT OF THE COURSE. The Giveaway winner may designate the beneficiary of the Medical Assistant Certificate course provided the beneficiary (also referred to as “Designated Beneficiary” and “Student”) is an employee of the same organization as the Giveaway winner and meets U.S. Career Institute admission requirements. U.S. Career Institute is an equal opportunity institution and offers admission to anyone who meets the admission standards as outlined in the U.S. Career Institute Course Catalog and can benefit from the training, without regard to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, color, national or ethnic origin, physical disability or place of residence. To qualify for enrollment in the Medical Assistant Certificate course, an applicant must: 1. Certify that she/he is a high school graduate, holds a state-approved Graduate Equivalency Diploma (GED) or its equivalent, or has completed college-level course work; or otherwise demonstrate ability to perform postsecondary-level course work (including test evidence). 2. Submit a completed enrollment application. 3. Be at least 16 years of age. U.S. Career Institute is an open-enrollment school. This means that as long as the applicant meets the admissions requirements for minimum education and age, they will be accepted into the school. Students must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Students aged 16 and 17 may be admitted to the school provided their parent or guardian signs the enrollment agreement. Per the admissions policy, applicants who do not meet the high school diploma or equivalent (or other stated) requirement are allowed to use test evidence to show they can benefit from the program. The first five grades the student receives serve as the basis for test evidence. If a student has a “C” GPA, the student is deemed to meet the minimum education requirement. U.S. Career Institute reserves the right to ask a student to submit a Wonderlic verbal exam if it deems the previous test evidence is not appropriate to determine ability to benefit. Students who do not meet Satisfactory Academic Progress or other policies stated in the school catalog will be terminated from the program. In the event of student dismissal per terms of the school catalog or employment from originating organization the enrollment is not transferable to any other Designated Beneficiary.
  9. PROMOTION DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION. A winning entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries received, on the date of April 2, 2025. Such random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decision will be final. The individual whose entry is selected will be notified through email or phone provided by entrant. This notification will occur within three (3) business days after selection. If Sponsor or its designee is unable to contact the individual(s) whose entry was selected using the contact information provided, and/or if the individual whose entry was selected fails to respond to such notification within five (5) business days of delivery of such notification, the individual whose entry was selected will be disqualified and forfeit his/her right to the prize, and an alternate winning entry will be randomly selected.
